Jones Associates provided Employer’s Agent, Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the development of this one hundred and thirteen bedroom care home at Newton Mearns now owned and operated by the Hamberley Group.

The works were procured via a single stage competitive tender process and let using a standard design and build form of contract. The project was completed successfully within budget and on programme.
