Jointly led the Employer’s Agent team for the construction of the new £7,600,000 joint campus delivered as part of the Argyll & Bute Council Schools PPP/ NPDO programme.

The new 21st century facility comprises two primary schools and special educational needs accommodation all built within a restricted and challenging site. The project works involved phased decant works and demolitions.
