Jones Associates provided Quantity Surveying and Project Management services for the complete refurbishment of the McCurrach UK office space within Fortune House at 74 Waterloo Street, Glasgow.

The works comprised a fast track refurbishment over four floors and included a complete strip out with new partitioning, suspended ceilings, toilets, finishes, decorations and building services throughout including new VRV air conditioning installations.

The works were successfully managed around incumbent tenants in a live operating environment and delivered on time and on budget.
