Jointly led the Employer's Agent team for the construction of a new £17,000,000 joint campus delivered as part of the Argyll & Bute Council Schools PPP/NPDO programme.

The new facility comprises secondary, primary and special educational needs accommodation and was constructed on an elevated site with dramatic views over Loch Gilp.
