Jones Associates are providing Quantity Surveying and Project Management services for Eriska Enterprises Limited and hotel operator ICMI, on a range of development projects at the five star Isle of Eriska hotel site.

The Main House at Eriska was originally built in 1884 under the ownership of James Meliss Stuart and was designed by Hippolyte Blanc.

The project works include a significant new extension to the main hotel building to accommodate the Michelin starred restaurant, a new pontoon development and a range of external and landscaping improvements around the three hundred acre island estate.
